I was referred by an employee. I spoke with an internal recruiter. Then I spoke with a hiring manager, and he indicated that he wanted to set up the next steps. A week later, the recruiter called me to ask if I wanted to move forward, and if so, to provide times to interview. I responded with my times within an hour. I gave two weeks of times, and then heard nothing for over a week, so I contacted the recruiter again. The recruiter said they had to look at the schedules and he would get back to me the following week. Another 10 days went by without a response, and I re-contacted the recruiter. He said he had to look at the schedules. I repeated this every two weeks, two more times. After the fourth attempt and 8 weeks later, I gave up contacting him. No wonder this company has so many openings; they cannot even set up an interview!
