INHUMANE and WASTE of TIME! This company from the Netherlands, which at every instance boasts to be a leader in the cutting-edge high-tech industry, doesn't even have the basic decency to treat candidates as humans. This is more so if you are a non-EU candidate.

As a non-EU candidate, I applied for this position in Veldhoven in the last week of August 2019. My interview happened in the first week of September 2019 over Skype. I was assured by the manager that the HR would get back soon, which in itself was a blatant lie! After that, every other week, I sent multiple reminder emails to the HR asking for the status, totaling some 15 emails! For the first two weeks, I was told that other candidates were being interviewed and they would require some time. Even after that, there were no updates from the HR. When I sent a reminder email, the HR said they were deciding amongst the interviewed candidates and would get back to me soon. Again, there were no updates for another month! When I asked the HR, I was told that the hiring manager was yet to update on the situation. They SHAMELESSLY DRAGGED this matter for a full 8 weeks without giving ANY updates, after which my candidature was rejected.

AVOID!! If non-EU candidates want to apply, do so through secondment agencies that openly claim they can provide feedback within 10 days, as compared to internal HR people who can't even update in a good 2 months' time!!
