Cons: A bit too conservative on new dev technologies, but they are trying to improve.

Pros: - Work-life balanced. Most engineers go to work from home around 9 am to 10 am and go home at 6 pm to 7 pm (rarely working late until 8 pm). Workdays are from Monday to Friday, with no overtime on weekends. - Friendly working environment. There are usually a bunch of weekly activities, like board games every Friday. There are also activities like yoga, fitness, and reading. - Decent pay. The average salary might be higher than semiconductor companies and a bit lower than Internet industries. It's decent enough for living in China.

Cons: - Too much legacy code in products, and it's hard to maintain. Some code was written in such an ugly way that I wonder whether it was written by somebody with no programming experience. - High senior employee turnover rate. Many senior employees turn over to positions with higher salaries in other companies due to many reasons, especially for house purchasing. Houses in big cities in China are pretty expensive compared to their living costs.

Pros: Great company culture, flexible work and projects, and nice colleagues.

Cons: The management team does not always stand with employees.
