Pros: Extremely knowledgeable teammates, innovative technologies and ideas to work on, and a good work culture.
Cons: Benefits like medical insurance and the ESPP plan are not extremely good, I would say. The benefits at my previous company had been far better with respect to more coverage, more financial reimbursements, and better plans.
