Process
The day starts with an introduction of the different departments, followed by a tour of the facility. The interview process starts after that. Depending on the department, you may get one or two rounds. You then meet with HR. The interviews, in my opinion, are not technical at all – just your educational background and one or two projects/internships that you find particularly proud about.
