Work-life balanced. Most engineers go to work from home around 9 am to 10 am and go home at 6 pm to 7 pm (rarely working late until 8 pm). Workdays are from Monday to Friday, with no overtime on weekends.
Friendly working environment. There are usually a bunch of weekly activities, like board games every Friday. There are also activities like yoga, fitness, and reading.
Decent pay. The average salary might be higher than semiconductor companies and a bit lower than Internet industries. It's decent enough for living in China.
