ASML has great benefit packages and a wonderful culture with a huge amount of diversity. You can find literally every walk of life at ASML, which is refreshing. The constant expansion of the factory leads to endless possibilities and job openings.
It seems like the pay for most positions is grossly underpaid.
This appears to be the primary reason good engineers and project leaders leave for other ventures.
ASML is almost a stepping stone into a greater position rather than a sustainable career, at least not without many years in the company.
Bring salaries to a better level.

Two rounds of interviews. The interviewers had an open and interested mindset. They were really looking for a match between the company and the job applicant. The first interview was online and the second interview was in person.
