The first stage will be a phone interview or campus interview, which basically tests understanding of concepts in C/C++. Next, there is an onsite interview, which is much more detailed and tests understanding of data structures and algorithms.

First, a phone screening of basic C questions. Then, a face-to-face interview with three engineers. This interview included C questions, resume-based questions, and real-time problems. Mostly, it was questions about previous projects.

Applied online to a recruiter site. General C++ plus question. The interviewer had a heavy European accent. For every answer I gave, he said "good answer." It was a 20-minute interview; I guess he was just doing it for the sake of it.
