Had two interviews through Skype (since I was not in the country). Interviews were with the people I would be working with and for, thus I got a good feeling of what the atmosphere would be like.

I had the ability to ask my questions during the interview process. To schedule the interview, it took some back and forth. The interviewing manager was friendly and transparent with the ongoing process.

I had to record myself on their platform and answer a couple of questions. The questions were all non-technical. Things like, "How do you go about resolving conflict?"
