Decent pay, smart people, and extra-curricular activities.
Work/life balance, more work than you can handle, a demanding schedule, a heavy emphasis on meetings, and pretentious management.
Management loves to judge your performance by metrics, which encourages gaming the system. However, these metrics are not a fair assessment of an employee's value. Every employee in my department can hit the metrics they establish, but unless you establish a good relationship with your manager—which is almost impossible given how poorly the company distributes people and by how many meetings you and your manager are in—it's really hard to show your value outside these metrics.
The work eventually becomes exhausting, repetitive, and soul-sucking.
High Level Issues:
Less meetings, more cross-sector meetings, better distribution of work. I quite literally have seen employees doing 'hobby' projects while others (like myself) are busting their a** and could use their help.
Biggest Issue:
Organize your resources/people better. There is a huge imbalance of work amongst my peers (within the same department). I work way harder than others and have seen many get promoted, and I scratch my head wondering, "How?"
Metrics:
While metrics remove biases in a performance review, the metrics set by management are not a fair assessment of an employee's value. Every employee in my department can hit the metrics management establishes, but unless you establish a good relationship with your manager (which is almost impossible given how poorly the company distributes people and by how many meetings you're in), it's really hard to show your value outside these metrics.

There were no problems with the interview process itself. However, when I got rejected, I didn’t receive any email or any notification. I was just ghosted. They told me that I would receive a response from them within a week on whether I was accepte
A bench of 4 people asking questions one by one. The first question is related to the resume, then about personality, and so on. They are mainly interested in communication skills and technical abilities. One should appear confident and reliable.
