Be careful, though. This company is a golden cage. If you are an expat and you don't speak Dutch, it is very difficult to climb up the corporate ladder.

Short over the phone, asked a few specific questions about motor selection for a control arm. Not too much further detail into engineering subjects, more about background and resume experiences.

HR was 15 minutes late and kept interrupting. They would not listen to my answers fully. After being 15 minutes late, I was told he’s running late to another interview, and our call was cut short by 5 minutes.
