Great technical teams. The work is fun and exciting. Work-life balance is okay, but needs improvement.
Very poor management. GL's don't trust employees. They expect you to fly on weekends with no compensation. They advertise being able to work from home two days a week, but they pick the days for you. Pay, while seemingly high on paper, does not account for the cost of living in the area.
Stop micromanaging employees. If an employee works on a weekend, compensate them a day. Sacrifice should go both ways. Let employees pick their work-from-home days.
