3 rounds of technical interviews, each 1 hour long, followed by interviews with the Project Manager, Group Lead, and HR. Few rounds were easy, and a few were tough. All related to design and material.

Phone screen first, then Zoom interview with hiring manager. It is an all-virtual process. Some technical questions, but most are typical behavioral questions. It will be good to have an internal reference.

Not assessed thoroughly; they may have already identified whom to select. The rest are called for just the name's sake. Waste of time going through the process. Looks like it was not a fair process. However...
