It's very hard to navigate within manufacturing environments due to too many variables. Few engineers and constantly changing plans and priorities make it difficult to gain a clear understanding of the subject matter. Engineers are not hired enough.

This is for the optical alignment and metrology competency. Pre-screening with HR coordinator, one-on-one with a manager, round two interview with a panel of managers in the manufacturing department.
