Hardware Test Engineer
Quick and easy. I had interviews over the phone with my manager after coming to their booth at a career fair. He was a nice guy and asked mostly behavioral questions. I had a great time speaking with him, and it seemed as if he cared.
Test Engineer
A short, concise conversation where the job description and the associated expectations were discussed. ASML is very good to their starters within the company. The learning curve is steep, but the company has enough patience for every individual.
