Work-life balance is good. A hybrid working option is possible for one workday.
No possibility for growth, so much politics, doing the same thing over and over again, no possibility of learning new things. Some people do the job while others present that works, and they do not let the people who do the job to be visible. Only a 3.5% increase in salary because of a generic evaluation system, if you are not a favorite person of management.
Either do not ask people where they want to see themselves in the future with development-based evaluations, or provide development opportunities to everyone rather than to your favorite people.
