Long process. Had about 6 interviews for a grand total of about 5 hours. 3 of them were coding interviews, and I still never got the job. I usually don't mind, but the number of interviews seems a bit excessive.

This was a contract position a staffing agency got in touch with me about. The phone screen was scheduled fast. It was questions about experience on the resume and general C questions, such as: * How do we allocate memory? * How do we free memory? *

After I applied online, it took more than a month for HR to get back to me. It took one more week to set up the interview. The recruiting manager who interviewed me was asking irrelevant questions. Two more weeks for the feedback.
