Smart colleague, complicated product which gives you plenty of options to learn and sharpen your knowledge. Exciting product.
Company cares about the employees. Specially if you are struggling with tight deadlines or very hard work, your manager or project lead may step in and help!
Good culture. Overall, a good company with good people. (I had a manager who helped a lot in all aspects; a very good professional).
Salary could be better. You need to learn how to handle tough situations, as work-life balance can sometimes be poor. The area is very expensive.
If promotion and a better compensation package were available for employees.
