Supplier Quality Engineer
The process took place in three steps: 1. Phone call with HR 2. Virtual interview with hiring manager and one engineer 3. On-site interview with hiring manager and another engineer.
Optical System Integration Engineer
1. HR screening: 30-minute call 2. Hiring manager interview: 30-minute call Onsite Interview: 3 hours Presentation followed by 3 rounds of interviews: * 1 technical * 1 from hiring manager * 1 from technical project lead
Mechanical Engineer
Phone screen first, then Zoom interview with hiring manager. It is an all-virtual process. Some technical questions, but most are typical behavioral questions. It will be good to have an internal reference.
