Pros: The openness and overall support from my direct supervisor, team, and employee groups across the organization is stellar. There are so many ways to stay involved, and I appreciate all the support.
Cons: Onboarding is a bit of a beast. It is mostly self-driven, and as a flex worker, getting to know the org can be tougher than at a smaller corp.
