Caregiver days.
Parental time off: 12 weeks.
Cons: Constant restructuring makes it hard to keep a base of consistent clients.
Very poor training – almost zero.
Commission structure.
Poor management.
Unobtainable quota.

Prospecting to closing.
Green and white space.
Forecasting.
Cons: One of the 15 that were hired got a promotion. The rest were cut due to performance or missing quota. It was a cutthroat work culture, and I felt like a number only.
