Attended Interview During April 2020.
The interview process was the worst. Three rounds of interviews took place with On-Shore & Off-Shore Senior Managers.
The interview process went for two weeks, but after the final round, there was no input on the interview I had attended. After two weeks, I requested feedback from HR regarding the interview on May 15th, 2020, but HR didn't have any update and only said they would update by that week. Then, weeks passed again. I had even forgotten about the interview and suddenly HR called me in June 2020. I was surprised, but again, she didn't have any update. She was only telling me that I was not rejected and that they were waiting for an update. Then, many weeks went by again. In July 2020, HR sent an email that I would be getting an update soon, but to date, October 8th, 2020, I have not been given any update on the interview. Even if I drop a mail to HR asking for an update, there was no reply.
If a candidate is selected or rejected, an HR responsibility is to give an update. But the AT&T interview process was the worst. I never expected this kind of process from big names like AT&T.
