Pros: If you're into technology, there's a lot of cool new stuff going on. If you're into project and process management, there's a lot to do. Compensation overall is not bad, and benefits are good. Telecommuting and flex time are great!
Cons: Lots of cultural shifts happening, making for extra stress. Salary advances are slow in coming.
