Pros: - Worked to develop a real solution for the team. - Sat in on meetings, learning what it was like to work at AT&T. - Found tons of resources for mentorship. - Participated in weekly calls for interns to learn from other people within AT&T. - Met and am still connected with tons of talented managers.

Cons: - Very slow, with a corporate culture. - The onboarding process took multiple days. - They are restrictive about everything on your computer, so much so that it slows you down when you need a piece of software installed. - Tons of bureaucracy in just about every process.

Pros: Keeping up with technologies, striving for improvements, and introducing new ideas.

Cons: Salaries have been on the low side, but are currently adjusting with the industry.

Pros: Totally hands-off. Plenty of time and room to teach yourself. Expectations are quite low.

Cons: It's big and corporate, so no one really cares all that much about you. The pay was subpar. It was a boring job, boring people, and a boring place.
