Applied for a consultant position. AT&T didn't take the interview; instead, three guys from Value Labs conducted my interview.
The interview questions were only on Java technology, in spite of mentioning six technologies to prepare for. All questions were theoretical, with difficulty ranging from easy to mid-level.

Pros: Friendly, relaxed work environment; not very stressful. Easy-going management. Flexible work arrangements were allowed. We were often permitted to work from home.
Cons: There are really no perks for contractors. Most benefits/privileges are for permanent employees only. I did not have any other issue working here.
