Cons: Senior management is a big part of AT&T's ongoing failure. Only taking hard decisions and not treating hardworking employees well does not help the company. Senior management is rude to employees and does not hear any concerns. After only one month of joining at the Plano, TX location, I was told that we are relocating to Downtown Dallas, which is a huge commute. I had no team members seating with me in the same location, so it did not make any sense to me to travel 1.5 hours each way to commute to the office. People are being demoted left and right and are being forced to relocate from different states. If it goes like this, AT&T will be left with only non-competent workers who have no choice but to stick around. Any competent, hardworking person won't deal with this nonsense. In summary, the company pays well but does not value good people. The company culture sucks.

Pros: Good pay and benefits with good average growth.

Cons: No growth or advancement opportunities.
