Pros: Stable (I guess not really) career in tech. Some good people. Decent salary.
Cons: Big, bloated company with landline and LD employees taking over the mobility space.
The space that we built and ran.
Very little devotion to employees.
They will light your grandma on fire without hesitation.

Cons: Newest technology jobs are given to NJ Bell employees, who don’t know the mobility network.

Flexible office hours.
Not as competitive.
Cons: Can be somewhat slow, if you are ambitious.
Is not as well experienced in shipping software as a service.
The API platform is mostly an afterthought.
