Got called by the staffing agency, where she asked some questions about my background and filled me in on the position. The first interview was a telephone screening with one of the leads. The second was at the corporate building, where I met a panel of four leads and one manager. Obviously, the second interview was a little harder because some seemed to ask harder questions than others.
