It was an on-campus interview. Hiring usually happens at the year-end for the next year's internship program, followed by employment.

The interview was pretty standard and kind of long. It was an in-person interview. For a fresher, it was mostly assessed based on resume, projects, communication skills, ability to handle critical situations, and finally followed by an HR/Managerial round.

Overall, a good experience. An internship is a package of learning, fun, and interaction. Looking forward to employment and will share details on it.
