Pros: They pay well, and at least my managers don't push people to work overtime.

Cons: There's very little teamwork, and while the management preaches agility, they don't actually support it. The product owners aren't particularly engaged with the development process, and the company doesn't even have free coffee for its employees. Innovation is a thing long past here.

Pros: None, unless you are planning to retire soon and have no motivation to succeed in your career.

Cons: Lack of competency, poor work ethics, very low hiring standards, bureaucracy, and politics. It is not important what you know but whom you know in the company to get promoted or get a raise. Most of the work gets done by hiring local contractors who barely have knowledge or the qualifications to do the job. If you can get a job nowhere else, then you are bound to find one here, which is not a bad thing to bring food to the table.

Pros: Great tech stack with wonderful work-life balance.

Cons: No cons. Teammates are friendly, easy to adapt, and the company culture is wonderful.
