Pros: Work in my area is meaningful and rewarding. But some of the chaos from leadership bleeds into our day-to-day work.
Cons: Leadership made some very big bets and took on a lot of debt. Now it is in the process of unwinding them. Many layoffs and cost cuts all over the company.
