I applied online after talking to recruiters at my school career fair. I reached out to the recruiters after submitting the online application. I got a phone interview within a week that covered general questions about my past projects and technical experience. The interviewer explained the internship program to me and informed me to look out for an email to schedule my technical interview. The next part was an on-site technical interview. The recruiter was very flexible with the scheduling. I was able to move the interview until after my final exams week. The technical interview was led by two developers. One focused on technical questions and the other on behavioral questions. At the end of the interview, we chatted about current AT&T projects, and I engaged the interviewers by asking several questions about current products and initiatives.
