Pros: Very collaborative work environment, and interns get to know each other well. Interns work together to complete a project for the Intern Innovation Challenge, which is a great chance to work on a cool project and collaborate with other interns.
Cons: Impactful work is a bit team-dependent. If you are on a bad team, you may work with an out-of-date tech stack or not do meaningful work.

Pros: TDP is a great program! Lots of young professionals to meet and learn from. I used a modern tech stack (React, GraphQL) for my summer project.
Cons: Slow growth company and downtown Dallas traffic.
