I interviewed for the Tech Development Program (TDP internship). The process might be different for other programs, like the AT&T Labs internship.
The process included:
- HackerRank - LeetCode easy + few SQL questions.
- 30-min Recruiter Behavioral Interview.
- 1-hr Technical Interview with current full-time SWEs in the TDP Program.
- 1-hr Final Interview with Hiring Manager - this was behavioral as well.
Questions
Pretty typical behavioral questions. During the technical, they asked me to explain some technical concepts to a 3-year-old. For example, explain classes, inheritance, and polymorphism to a 3-year-old.
