Very easygoing, kind of informal, but that depends on who is interviewing you. The guy I had was from a third-party hiring company that AT&T uses, and he was super talkative. My interview went overtime by 30 minutes because he was telling me about his family, lol.

It’s a great place for SWE interns to get familiar with the corporate world and find what they’re interested in.
Cons: There is a lot of downtime sometimes, which can be a good or bad thing. At the end of the day, it's what you make of it.
