Pros: Very good products to sell and great people to work with at the local level.
Decent 401K match. Managers can utilize a Fidelity Brokerage Link account if you are the type of person who likes investing themselves in stocks or ETFs.
Cons: Hours were unpredictable in the role I was in supporting sales teams across the country. Poor strategic decisions by leadership have greatly devalued this company over the last decade. Trying to buy T-Mobile and failing, and getting charged $7 billion for that failure, overpaying by quite a lot in retrospect for both DirecTV and Time Warner streaming and content companies.
