Pros: Work-life balance is good. The work is interesting if you are put on a good team.
Cons: The culture is depressing.
A ton of people in the company have project manager titles but don’t really do anything.
It’s an okay place to start a career, but chances are you’ll get put on a boring team and not learn anything modern.

Why you should go through the TDP program

Pros: Working through the Technology Development Program allows you to network with talented interns, work on meaningful projects, and improve your technical and professional skills.
Cons: My time was virtual, so that was the main issue. The headquarters building in Dallas is also a nightmare to get to during rush hour. Nothing bad to say, however.
