It was a great experience. I enjoyed it a lot.
Steps:
- Interview with a college recruiter (max 10 mins)
- Code challenge (LeetCode, timed, 3 questions)
- A computerized technical assignment
- Technical interview (one hour)
- Behavioral interview (one hour)
- Offer discussion
I made it to the end but could not get the offer because of my visa status (OPT). So, they are basically looking for GC holders or whatever. H-1B or OPT does not work for them. Just letting you all know.
