Only good for networking people.
They will trap you with a good package and later you will be transitioned to service-based companies with pay cuts, who will be their vendors. There is no sync between Indian and US management, and you will be left clueless as to why you were hired in the first place.
Hire people only when you have concrete future plans for them, or else outsource the work in the first place. Anyhow, post-hiring, you are doing the same thing. You don’t have the right to play with someone’s career or job.
