The openness and overall support from my direct supervisor, team, and employee groups across the organization is stellar. There are so many ways to stay involved, and I appreciate all the support.
Onboarding is a bit of a beast. It is mostly self-driven, and as a flex worker, getting to know the org can be tougher than at a smaller corp.
More opportunities for socializing with my team and other leaders in my extended org.
The company-wide live sessions around various topics are great, but face-to-face is always impactful.
I understand the pandemic may have affected this generally.
