Financial Software Developer Intern
It was a multiple-round process, starting with an interview at my college campus. I only got to the third stage, which was a phone interview. I failed on that round.
QA Analyst
Applied through a recruiter. Recruiter arranged a 30-minute phone interview with the team lead, followed by an in-person interview. The interview lasted close to 2 hours. Questions were simple and mostly talked about previous work experiences.

One phone interview, two Skype interviews. Was contacted 2 months after the last interview. Wasn't expecting to receive the offer, but I did. When receiving the offer, they drug test and run a background check.
