Employee Benefits were good, great.

Cons

LEADERSHIP: Constant reorganization, module changes, and quota increases! I sometimes wonder how Anne Chow made it this far.

And the fact that many women in this org are still being treated poorly and definitely underpaid!

I busted my butt for over a decade and never made it to a Level II CSE role. When I finally put my two-week notice in, my current boss at the time said they were opening an L2-L3 sales role in my group and for the territory I was already covering because my entire team quit on him! Good people, too! He asked me to apply for it to see if I would be a good candidate.

I had to take a second to process that... I asked him, "What do you mean when you say good candidate?"

He said, "I typically do not promote L1 sales executives to L3. It is against policy, but I will push for you!"

I said, "Okay, I will stick around and apply."

Well, the day of the interview, he decided to do it while he was at breakfast, telling me to hold on, ordering coffee and food... The list goes on and on...

Finally, at the end of the "interview," he said, "I do not think I can get you from a Level 1 to a Level 3, but I will need you to train whoever I bring on board."

Needless to say, that was unfortunately my last month there.

Upon my departure, I was told that he hired and offered another L1 sales executive the job... That felt great!

All the time and energy away from my family busting my butt.

I think it's funny how HR never gave me my mandatory exit interview. No surprise there.

I'm sure more stories will start to evolve as this monster of a company just laid off some great people.

No surprise the same crappy, lazy Sales Execs and Management are still there.

What a shame!

Advice to Management

I hope you keep tabs on the people you treated poorly. Unfortunately, one day you will be humbled and need their help.
