Pros
  • High entry-level salary.
  • Great sales managers who want you to succeed.
  • Co-workers were amazing and always willing to help.
  • A lot of opportunities to network with higher management.
Cons
  • Expectations change drastically per month.
  • Sales quotas change each month, so you never know what to expect and must plan ahead.
  • There's no communication with retail stores; watch out for retail employees stealing your sales.
  • Fraud is a problem. A co-worker was let go due to falling for a fraudulent order.
  • Failure to make quotas within 2 months results in being let go.
  • Some co-workers get too caught up with sales and will try to steal from you.
  • There's a high possibility of worker burnout, especially since this job is 100% remote due to COVID.
Advice to Management

Please be more transparent about what to expect. Also, if one team constantly is failing to make a quota, try to figure out what the root of the problem is instead of letting them go and replacing them with new hires.
