Keep changing the role and expectations. Difficult to sell to specified markets. Taken away freedom from sellers.

It was mostly internal. I worked as a small business advisor and was promoted to Client Solutions Executive. It was a long time ago, and I don't really remember the process. At this point, I'm just trying to potentially win a free iPad.
