Great benefits, 401k, free food, cheap housing, an amazing ability to develop friendships, and an amazing area in Dallas.
The program is not sufficiently set up, and you would often hear a lot of complaints about the job outside of work. There is not great leadership or mentorship, and they really only value you for how much revenue you can bring in for the business. I did not feel valued as an employee by upper management whatsoever.
Show interest in your employees for who they are, not just how much money they make you. Alex Jones, specifically, should make more of an effort to show the "Client Solutions Executives" that he has an interest in their capabilities and just who they are as people. Company culture in this program needs to be re-evaluated.
The 3-step interview process. The final stage incorporated a roleplay aspect in which you set a meeting with a small business. Recruiters look for internal recommendations as well as people who will ask good questions about the role.
It was mostly internal. I worked as a small business advisor and was promoted to Client Solutions Executive. It was a long time ago, and I don't really remember the process. At this point, I'm just trying to potentially win a free iPad.
It was a great interview from start to finish. There were several rounds, but everyone is looking for the best in you and will engage. There is a roleplay, but the interviewer makes it feel natural.
