Overall, a great company. I see why people stay forever. Pay is not the highest, but certainly not the lowest.
The challenge is a lot of changes consistently each year, and people that are not performing will get laid off.
If you make a change, give it some time to work, versus changing again the next year. Pay your sellers market value so they don't leave.
We understand benefits are great, but still, it does not really add up.
The 3-step interview process. The final stage incorporated a roleplay aspect in which you set a meeting with a small business. Recruiters look for internal recommendations as well as people who will ask good questions about the role.
It was mostly internal. I worked as a small business advisor and was promoted to Client Solutions Executive. It was a long time ago, and I don't really remember the process. At this point, I'm just trying to potentially win a free iPad.
3 rounds. First two were HR interviews. Last one you had to study for. It included a role play with a client, and you had to play the salesperson.
