The commission is fairly good if you work for it.
No work-life balance. Do not take into account the fact that you have a life outside of your job. Will relocate you to random cities.

Client Solutions Executive
The 3-step interview process. The final stage incorporated a roleplay aspect in which you set a meeting with a small business. Recruiters look for internal recommendations as well as people who will ask good questions about the role.

It was mostly internal. I worked as a small business advisor and was promoted to Client Solutions Executive. It was a long time ago, and I don't really remember the process. At this point, I'm just trying to potentially win a free iPad.
