Pros

The free [program/event/etc.] is pretty nice, but after a while, it's the same thing over again. The housing is pretty cool for how cheap the rent is. The pay is good.

Cons

This type of sales is almost to the consumer level. They convince you to sell business solutions, but in reality, you are working with small businesses that can't afford most of the solutions they have to offer.

They call it a sales development program, but they will fire you before you get the chance to prove yourself, even if you are at your quota. Managers do not care for you; you are completely on your own when you start selling.

Advice to Management

Actually, take the time to develop your employees in the Business Development Program.
