Pros

The new college grad hires are always nice and easy to work with.

Cons
  • Constant changing structure and goals.
  • No real direction.
  • No guarantee of a job after the B2B program.
  • Directors and managers are useless.
  • Forced to sign an 18-month contract after the program with a $10K breach of contract fee.
  • Forced to work overtime due to ridiculous quotas.
  • The program does not teach you how to be successful in the field, only to make your boss money.
  • High turnover/firing after leaving the program due to lack of knowledge and skill.
  • Training is all done in 3 weeks, even though this is supposed to be a 4-month training.
