Direct management is great. Benefits are stellar. I have experienced zero micromanagement; however, if you need help, there is always someone around willing and able to lend a hand.
Processes and procedures are extremely difficult to work through. Company CRM/portals, etc., are hard to work with, old, and there are hundreds. It's almost impossible to move past a Level 2.
Invest in tools that collapse at least half of your existing portals, "reporting" platforms, etc.
It was only a two-interview process, pretty easy and straightforward. One is with the HR recruiter and the other with your hiring manager. It felt too easy, only within three weeks.
Very straightforward, I was asked some basic questions. I think that they were interested if I would fit the corporate culture and in-store culture. I believe in the products and the service that they provide.
It was a great interview from start to finish. There were several rounds, but everyone is looking for the best in you and will engage. There is a roleplay, but the interviewer makes it feel natural.
